Bircher Muesli (with a twist)

Bircher muesli with a twist! The key to its irresistible deliciousness is soaking all the ingredients overnight. This recipe is also perfect to make in bulk for a whole week as it will store well in an airtight container.

Ingredients (2 servings):

-1 apple, grated

-1/3 cup (25 g) oats

-¼ cup (20 g) buckwheat flakes

-1 tablespoon chia seeds

-2 chopped dates

-1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds

-½ cup (125 g) yogurt of your choice

-½ cup (125 ml) milk of your choice, we love Isola Almond Milk

Directions:

Stir all the ingredients in a medium bowl. Cover and set in the fridge overnight or at least for 2 hours.

Add more apple on top or milk and yogurt if desired. Enjoy a healthy yet nutritious breakfast! :)
