Chickpea Crepes

These savoury pancakes are perfect as a substitute to traditional crepes made with refined flour.

Naturally gluten-free and protein packed, chickpea flour is a healthy choice for any type of baking. Made of finely milled chickpeas, it is the base for countless recipes. 


-2 tablespoons chickpea flour (30 g)

-100 ml water

-1 teaspoon ground flax seeds (optional)

-Pinch of Himalayan salt

-1/2 teaspoon cumin (optional)

-1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil


-Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and pulse until well combined.

-Heat a small pan sprayed with cooking spray. Pour the batter into the pan and swirl to evenly spread. Cook until bubbles appear and carefully flip. Cook until golden brown and remove.
