Coconut Chia Pudding
-2 tablespoons chia seeds
-Half a banana, mashed
-1/3 cup (180 ml) Almond milk or any other milk of your choice
In a medium bowl, Mash half a banana with a fork until pureed. Add the chia, coconut bloom spread and mix. Pour the milk and stir well. Cover and set in the refrigerator overnight, but at least preferably 2 hours. As the chia seeds are soaking, you can also stir them every so often to break up clumps as they form.
In the morning, give the chia seed pudding a good mix, breaking apart any clumps. Add more milk if necessary.
